Uncommon Leader Coaches and Captains Training

Our next “Uncommon Leader for Success,” Coaches and Captains Leadership Day will be held on Wednesday, April 22, at Southwestern College in Winfield Kansas. This is a free training and it is open to both kids and adults that are interested in leadership development.

The Uncommon Leadership process uses leadership development to change lives and reshape communities.

It would be great for you to bring your students, leadership team’s, coaches/sponsors, and athletic/activities director’s that represent your school. Business people will also be able to use this process in leading their business!

Please come and use this opportunity to learn about the Uncommon Leadership Process. It is centered around “Becoming Culture and Processed Focused Rather than Outcome Focused!” We will focus on teaching “Intentional Leadership” and “Social and Emotional Learning” in schools and communities!  This is a student lead process where student leaders from your school will learn skills to not only lead but to teach others. Part of this process will be empowering all to live the core values of an Uncommon Leader: - Develop Uncommon Perseverance, Build Uncommon Relationships, Become Uncommonly Intentional, Develop an Uncommon Culture and Lead with Uncommon Empathy!

This is a free leadership training, to be held Wednesday, April 22, 2020 - 9:15 to 2:00

To register, please send an email to Joe Coles, joe@joecolesconsulting.com. Please register by Wednesday, April 14th, 2020. If you have questions, call Joe Coles at 620-353-9702.
